As a registered charity receiving no state funding, Arcangelo has relied since our foundation in 2010 on the generosity of individuals who, simply put, love what we do and want to see and hear more of it. We are proud to benefit from the same tradition of enlightened private patronage that supported the great Baroque and Classical composers and musicians whose works we play.

Every year, our little organisation (no office, no full-time staff) produces at least six world-class concert and recording projects ranging in scope from GRAMMY-nominated trio sonatas to a televised Bach St Matthew Passion at the BBC Proms. We also run the Arcangelo New Ensemblists programme, doing our bit to nurture and develop the next generation of top performers.
